After I was hired to worked for At&t Internet Services as a Second Tier (Senior Level) DSL Technician, This Job brought me a LOT OF PRIDE!! I mean come on its At&t!! I mean I had to take two pre-interview examines, to test the depth of My Networking Knowledge. My second examine I gave the interviewer SO much information, she waived the rest of my test because she felt i KNEW My stuff!! While at At&t I learned my job So well my average close time came too 6 seconds! When I finally was done with training i went right to the floor and when i met my overseeing manager, during evaluations were especially pleasing, because he often wondered why he only had ONE of Me! He would often assign "Managers requested call backs", he would say he needed it "Handled" and give me the information. I would take care of it NO PROBLEM!

At the end of 2002 I enrolled for attendance at ITT Tech, and graduated in 2004 with an Associates of Science in Computer Networking Systems. The major focus was in Computer Networking and Network Administration. Very heavy in network theory, networking protocols, and the proper handling of an IPv4 addressing range (both routable and non routable ranges). I was also educated in the installation and configurations of many versions of Windows, linux, Novell, Mac and Unix in a networked environment.
In the early part of 2005, I attended DeVry University. While there I received my Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science and received My Bachelor's in Information Security in Network Communication and Management. While My time there I was trained in the cutting edge computer network protocols and methodology, as well as the time tested theory. This degree I was required to take several management classes, which taught me how to conduct Myself in a leadership role and how to effectively lead and conduct subordenants.

Education
Even though I was only with NextG Networks for just under two months, I was placed to work there by Robert Half Technologies. Now it took almost 8 years of working experience in the field before Robert Half Technologies would even give me an interview with one of their Representatives or be considered for a position listed on their website!! I felt i was rushed through the initial training, but even though it was a bit rushed i don't think i missed much! I volunteered to take the graveyard shift, and i would get to work at 6pm and by 8pm I was alone in the building until 7am when the morning supervisor would come to relieve me from the duty of monitoring 500+ portable wireless cellar modules spread west coast over to the east coast.
